7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that meet our return criteria.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
Eligible for Return
Products can be returned if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is significantly different from description
- Product is missing parts or accessories
- Product arrived in poor packaging condition
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
Original Packaging
Product must be in original packaging with all tags intact
Unused Condition
Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
Proof of Purchase
Original invoice or order confirmation required
Complete Set
All accessories and free gifts must be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Intimate wear and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Damaged products due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging and accessories

Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.
- Damaged/Defective Product: We cover return shipping
- Wrong Product Delivered: We cover return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
Replacement Process
We offer replacement only for damaged or defective products. Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases.
Once we receive your returned product, a replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock for replacement
- Order cancelled by JugaaduCart
- Duplicate payment made
- Prepaid amount (for COD bookings)
Refund Timeline
- COD Prepaid Amount: 5-7 business days to original payment method
- Online Payments: 7-10 business days to original payment method
Damaged or Defective Products
What to do if you receive a damaged product:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
- If you've already accepted, take photos/videos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We'll arrange a free replacement or pickup
Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us process your claim faster.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please:
- Return the original product (as per return policy)
- Place a new order for the desired product
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Full refund of prepaid amount (if applicable)
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
After Shipment
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.
Quality Assurance
All products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product, we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
